Today has been an eventful day. We participated in Indy's Race for the Cure. I raced in memory of my great grandmother and in celebration of several family members. Raya started out in the Bjorn, hated the stroller, & then ended up passed out in my arms for the majority of the race. She cried for the beginning of it... because...
she is FINALLY cutting her first teeth! We have been teething for like 3 or 4 weeks now, but no sign of teeth. I looked at her mouth earlier and noticed the angelic white of a fresh tooth starting to cut through on her bottom left. And... on the bottom right, the "dent" in the gum is just starting. No wonder my kid wasn't happy walking with thousands and thousands of people today. She is miserable.
We get to spend the ENTIRE weekend with Daddy, too! (This never happens, btw.) BUT... there is an extra week of load in before Around the World in 80 Days. So... yay for family time!
Tonight's dinner menu: pork tenderloins, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and biscuits. Yummy!
